About Me
I am a confident, honest, reliable, hardworking individual with over 18 years’ experience in childcare. I have a genuine love for working with children and am very confident in all aspects of childcare. I’m great at settling babies into routines and troubleshooting sleeping and behavioural problems. I am currently studying a degree in psychology, which encompasses developmental and educational psychology. Which adds to my knowledge on milestones and children’s developmental stages. I have worked with some top midwifes, doctors, psychologists, OT’s, speech & language specialists and always took something away from my time spent with them.
My Experience
I have a huge interest in healthy living and reflect this in my work, whether it be nutritional meal planning for children or encouraging an active lifestyle from as early as possible.
Until September 2011 I worked as a nanny with some newborn experience. I then gained my maternity nurse qualification and began supporting families with their little ones. I found I had a natural ability of getting young babies into healthy sleeping and feeding routines and decided to train as a baby sleep trainer. I then helped families reclaim their nights with a holistic and relaxed approach. Since then I have worked as a rota nanny for HNW families around the world. During my career I have worked as a children's dance and drama coach, a nanny, a maternity nurse and a problem solver, but one thing has always stayed the same…
