About Me

Hi my name is Lynsey, I’m a Postnatal doula based in Belfast, Northern Ireland I cover areas around Newtownabbey, Belfast and Antrim.

I am offering Postnatal support services with the option of Antenatal support too.

What do I do?
This really depends on the level of support you need - basically I do a minimum of 3-4hrs at night if it’s a weeknight or longer at weekends

How does it work?

For example if you have older children and need help with newborn while you do bedtime routine I will come and help you get something to eat and help get baby settled while you’re sorting the older children

Do you have a partner that works shifts? so you’re on your own some nights I would come and allow you to eat and then you can go to bed for a couple of hours and get some rest until the next feed or it’s time for me to leave

Every family’s needs or wants can be different it just depends how things go in your house and if you would like an extra set of hands to help with that 7-10pm slot of the day. Newborns can be constant and doing things with one hand is tiring too.


I have almost 20 years experience supporting families some with multiple children within their homes during my roles as a Nanny and a Sleep coach.

My availability will be weekends for in person support until September 2023 when I will have more weekday availability during the day 2-3 mornings per week

My hourly rate is £20 per hour. The length of time I will stay will depend on your needs
