We feel incredibly lucky to have found Imogen. From the very first message, she has been warm, reliable, and absolutely wonderful with both of our children. She has a natural talent for engaging with them, and we’ve felt completely at ease knowing they are in such capable and caring hands.
Imogen goes above and beyond in every way. She’s not only punctual and great with communication, but she also takes initiative and thinks of all the little things that make a big difference—like bringing her own car seats, soaking used baby bottles,helping with bedtime routines. She even fed our cat while we were out!
She’s incredibly thoughtful—when I forgot to pack a sippy cup, she bought a toddler-friendly water bottle, and when out for the day, she made sure our toddler had dinner and a lovely day trip. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our children (and our whole household!) means the world to us.

I’m truly grateful for Imogen, today was the first time Imogen has looked after my daughter while I was away at a conference today. Usually I would be so nervous as it was the first time but I was calm from the first conversation to trusting Imogen to pick up my daughter from nursery while I was outside of Bournemouth. I’ve truly never come across a babysitter like Imogen and I’m truly blessed as I’ve found her at a time I’ve cut contact with my family and no longer have family support. I don’t know how I would continue my career as a dj and a single mum and I truly came close to quitting my dream but life truly has a way of working out for the better. Being a single Mother feels more of an honour with Imogen in mine and my daughter’s life. Especially when single Mother’s put so much weight on themselves. I’m writing this with my daughter tucked in bed after a 3 hour journey home and usually my daughter would still be awake! I came home to Imogen picking up a few bits from the shop that I didn’t have time to get. Communication, punctuality and trust has been impeccable from the beginning. It feels incredible to have found my daughter’s babysitter especially when it’s so hard to find a babysitter who truly loves and wants to look after children. Thank you so much Imogen, my daughter and I are blessed to have you! You are an incredible babysitter and beautiful soul <3

Imogen has sat for my son 3 times, including during our wedding reception and overnight.
She has always been friendly, punctual, reliable, professional and most importantly has been fantastic with my son. She is engaging and attentive with him and he has always seemed very comfortable with her as a result.
It was very important for us to know that our baby was well taken care of on the night of the wedding, a night that could have been very overwhelming for him, and she gave us the peace of mind to be able to relax and enjoy the celebrations knowing he was in good hands.
Thanks Imogen, we will definitely be in touch next time we are looking for childcare 😊 xx

Imogen is absolutely amazing with my daughter who is 4. First time she helped me out on a very short notice and my daughter was so happy when she came back from hers. She get’s so happy and excited as soon as she knows that she is going to see Imogen. Definitely recommend her to everyone.

Imogen looked after my 10 month old son. It was the first time I’ve left him with anyone other than family so I was super nervous but Imogen kept me updated the whole time and I was reassured. He came home very happy and smiley and Imogen provided lots of activities and playtime with him. we even got a painting he made which was so special. Thank you so much! Will definitely be using Imogen’s services again :)
