We feel incredibly lucky to have found Imogen. From the very first message, she has been warm, reliable, and absolutely wonderful with both of our children. She has a natural talent for engaging with them, and we’ve felt completely at ease knowing they are in such capable and caring hands.
Imogen goes above and beyond in every way. She’s not only punctual and great with communication, but she also takes initiative and thinks of all the little things that make a big difference—like bringing her own car seats, soaking used baby bottles,helping with bedtime routines. She even fed our cat while we were out!
She’s incredibly thoughtful—when I forgot to pack a sippy cup, she bought a toddler-friendly water bottle, and when out for the day, she made sure our toddler had dinner and a lovely day trip. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our children (and our whole household!) means the world to us.
we’re so looking forward to continuing to see her!
