My Experience

I am a dedicated childcare professional with a strong background in early years education and special educational needs. Currently working as a Deputy Manager at a private nursery, I bring leadership experience, a hands-on approach to learning, and a deep commitment to creating nurturing, inclusive environments for children.

My previous roles include 6 years working as a Teaching Assistant in a specialist school supporting children and young people with complex social communication needs, often including Autism diagnoses. This experience gave me invaluable insight into tailored support strategies and reinforced my passion for supporting children’s individual developmental journeys.

Before that, I worked as a registered Childminder for two years, during which time I completed my Level 3 qualification in Childcare. Through continued dedication and professional development, I progressed into nursery leadership.

I am now looking for a new opportunity where I can bring my skills, energy, and passion for high-quality care and education to a new team or family.
