No better person to look after your child

Frankie started helping me regularly when I was on maternity (our baby was 6 weeks old) and after I returned to work she still helps with our baby on ad-hoc basis.
She is not only a great babysitter who ticks all the boxes, she helped our baby so much with his developmental growth by encouraging him to sing, move, read and our baby genuinely adores her.
Our baby is now 10 months and she is still the first babysitter on my list, there is nobody like her.
She is also very adaptable as we went through changes with our baby (switching from breastmilk to formula and then starting solids) and she was always keen to help and support.
She also helped establishing a routing (feed times, sleep times, play times) which was extremely good as our baby got used to this and the transition to a nursery was easier.
