About Me
We are a couple who had our first baby (Arthur) just before Christmas 2021, live in a well presented modern house nr Thorpe Park/ Virginia Water. Both non-smokers, vaccinated and relaxed professionals.
My Requirements
Part time Nanny or potentially a Nursery placement.
My wife Ayesha returns to flying for British Airways in Feb/March next year and we are looking for a nanny for childcare who could provide care from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday for the weeks that she is flying (minus a few days off when she would have him). She will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off and those dates will be set in stone once she returns to work. Duties would include preparing food, looking after Arthur, taking him out (costs would be covered) and potentially some basic household chores.
We may also occasionally need on an ad-hoc basis care for a Saturday/Sunday or overnight depending on her roster and the demands of my work.
Ideal opportunity for someone looking for 50% part-time childcare work.
We would also consider a nursery arrangement for three weeks full time Monday - Friday whilst Ayesha is working, and then three weeks off whilst she's at home - we could commit to a rolling 3 month contract on that.

Our little boy joined Sonia just before his first Birthday and did between 3 and 5 days childcare with her until he was 3.5 - at which point he joined the nursery of the school he will go to next year. He loved his time at Sonias and he attention to detail and his happiness was evident - seeing him hug her goodbye saying 'I love you Sonia' is all the evidence a parent needs of an amazing environment. The arts, crafts, trips out, walks by the river (as well as his favourite - playtime in the garden all combined to make an amazing experience.
Even though he is now at school, he goes to Sonia on an ad-hoc basis when we need cover or support, and you can see the excitement when he finds out he's going to see her.
Couldn't recommend her enough - and happy to speak to any parents considering her.
