About Me
I currently work as an early years educator in an Islington based ofsted outstanding school and am looking to do some extra work after school, in the evenings or on the weekend. I have lots of experience working with children and have been employed in my current role for more than 5 years. I love working with children of all ages and I’m happy to help with homework, house work and anything needed of me. I consider myself to be very polite, punctual, easy going and nurturing person and I love seeing and helping children thrive, learn, and develop. I am half Greek and half English and enjoy cooking, reading, going out and spending time with my family and friends. I have two children of my own, so I understand all the difficulties and issues that come with being busy working parents, so am happy to help with anything you may need.
My Experience
I have over 10 years experience of working with children of all ages in a school setting and am a qualified early years educator and teaching & learning assistant. I have worked with children of all ages, but within my current role I mainly work with children aged 0-7 years. I have children of my own and lots of children of all ages within my family and around me. I have vast amounts of knowledge, understanding and experience of the national curriculum and the early years foundation stages (EYFS), so can help with teaching and learning around this.
My Qualifications
I have a CACHE level 3 qualification in the early years workforce, so am a qualified early years educator. I also have a Level 2 and Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools (for children aged from 0-16 years). I have a up to date DBS, am registered on the DBS update service and have a paediatric first aid certificate. I also am qualified to teach Phonics and have additional training and qualifications in the following;
Read write inc phonics
Talk for writing
Catch up literacy
Voices foundation
Epilepsy training
Allergies and Epi-pen training
Asthma training
Autism awareness
Health and safety
My Availability
I am available everyday after school, evenings and weekends and as said previously, will do whatever is needed of me. I am also happy to stay over night to baby sit if needed.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
I’m open for discussion about fees, but on average I would like around £20 - £25 per hour; however, day rates can be negotiated.
