Hi, I’m Lia. I’m a caring, patient and reliable mum to a 16 month old daughter, and I’m looking for a full-time nanny position in Birmingham/Solihull.
I genuinely enjoy caring for children and creating a safe, happy and stimulating environment for them. I understand how important it is for parents to feel completely comfortable and confident with the person caring for their child.
I’m specifically looking for a nanny-with-own-child arrangement, where I can bring my daughter with me while caring for your child. I’d love to find a family who is open to the children spending their days together, playing, learning and enjoying age-appropriate activities.
I’m happy to help with preparing children’s meals, tidying up after the children, organising activities, going to parks and playgroups, and following the routines and requirements set by parents.
I’m looking for a long-term position where I can build a trusting relationship with the family and become someone they can rely on.

My Experience
I have extensive hands-on experience caring for my own 16 month old daughter, including preparing meals, feeding, bathing, dressing, organising activities, managing routines, settling for naps and bedtime, and keeping her safe and entertained throughout the day.
Being a parent has given me a strong understanding of children’s individual needs, routines, development and behaviour. I’m patient, attentive and responsible, and I understand the importance of following parents’ instructions and maintaining a child’s normal routine. I also babysit my friend’s 16 month old son, which has given me additional experience caring for another child and adapting to different routines, needs and personalities. I enjoy supporting both children as they play, learn and develop together in a safe and nurturing environment it’s also helped me understand the importance of following the parents instructions and maintaining each child’s normal routine.
I’m now looking to use these skills in a professional childcare role and would be keen to build my experience as a nanny.

My Availability
I am available for full-time work (including weekdays) if I am able to bring my 16 month old daughter with me.
If the position does not allow me to bring my daughter, my availability is limited to Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays.
I’m flexible with working hours and happy to discuss the family’s preferred schedule.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)
My fees are negotiable depending on the hours, number of children and responsibilities involved. I’m looking for a full time nanny position and would be happy to discuss a rate that works fairly for both myself and the family. I’m also open to discussing a nanny-with-own-child arrangement, where i can bring my 16 month old daughter with me.
