Reena has been looking after my son for 5months now. I was really up tight about leaving initially, and he took a while to settle in, but Reena made it as easy as possible. Right from the start it was clear he trusted her and would go to her for re-assurance. Now everyday it sounds like he has a fabulous time and is happy and settled.
Since covid she's been doing drop offs at the door. This means you don't get to see how they are when you leave/before you arrive.
Reena has been really quite flexible with timings and helped myself and my husband with trying to juggle our two work rotas.
She keeps you updated with photos through the day and is really quick to respond to questions and queries.
The setting is lovely with a big purpose built garden room for the kids to play in.
