About Me

Hello! My name is Libby (Liberty), and I'm a patient, dependable, and highly qualified caregiver eager to support your family. I hold a BSc in Psychology and a BSc in Child Psychology, giving me a deep understanding of child development and behavior. I genuinely love connecting with children and providing reliable support to busy parents. When I'm not working, I enjoy staying active by exercising, and I love getting creative through any form of art and gaming. I am also perfectly comfortable around pets as I have several of my own!

My Experience

?My professional background provides a strong foundation for reliable care. I currently work as a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teaching Assistant in a neuro-divergent secondary school, primarily supporting Year 11 students. My previous role as a Cover Teacher, working with all year groups, means I am highly skilled at managing children both individually and in larger groups. This experience, combined with my academic background, allows me to expertly care for children with diverse and special needs. I am also happy to help with homework, including Maths support. Beyond my teaching roles, I have experience babysitting another family's children (currently aged 5–6) for over a year. For your peace of mind, I hold an Enhanced DBS check.

My Qualifications

I currently hold an enhanced DBS check and a Batchelor Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Child Psychology.
