My Summary

My Experience

I have volunteered at my local primary school in a reception class (ages 4-5) where I helped the children with their class work as well as creative activities. During this role I also got to understand EYFS, learning through play and the general development of children this age.
I have completed 3 placements in settings, 1 in the baby room at a nursery, 1 in the toddler room at a nursery and 1 in a year 2 class at a primary school.
One of these placements was at a forrest school and I learned a lot about what that entails and how important is for children’s development to be outside and explore.
I also volunteered for a charity called Change Grow Live where I mentored a boy who was in foster care.
I have had many part time regular nanny jobs, which have included nursery and school pick ups/drop offs, nursery duties and housekeeping duties.
I would be happy to share my CV and talk more about my previous roles.
I have completed many hours of paid babysitting for many different families including sibling/family groups of up to 7 at one time, of all different backgrounds. I have worked with children from newborn upwards.

My Qualifications

I have an enhanced DBS check and I’m also apart of the update service. I’m also paediatric first aid trained (12 hours).
I have references which I can show upon request.

After completing my first year at Norland, I also have an equivalent qualification to a level 4 in early years learning and development.

I have a GCSE A* grade in child development.
My other GCSE’s include a grade 5 in english literature, maths, biology, physics, chemistry, history and sociology and a grade 4 in french and english language.
My A-levels include a Distinction in Health and Social care, B in core maths, C in Sociology and C in Psychology.

My Availability

I currently have availability for after school nannying from 4pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
I also have continuous available for evening babysitting.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

These are just my basic rates but they will depend on what the job description is, how often you need childcare etc :)

For overnight stays I charge £80 :)
