My Summary

My Experience

I have cared for children for over four years now in many different environments including the home, school and during social occasions. I have had the pleasure of working in two different primary schools as a TA working 1:1 with SEN children as well as helping the class in a more general way.

As part of my teacher training, I work as both the class teacher and as support staff for periods of the week. This means that I get the opportunity to work with a broad range of students with varying needs.

I also took on tutoring for children who have struggled to catch up after the pandemic at both school and in the home. I have cared for children during the day and also overnight taking on responsibilities such as dinner and bath time.

I have a younger sibling who has learning difficulties as well as being partially deaf which has meant that I have learnt to adapt to new ways of thinking and approaching things.

My Qualifications

I hold an enhanced DBS check and have completed first aid courses but not specifically aimed at young children.
I have completed safeguarding courses and awareness courses for a range of additional needs.

My Availability

Please be aware that my varying workload can mean that my availability changes. Alongside this, I also help to support my younger brother which can also change my availability.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

My current charge is £12 per hour however I would be open to discussions regarding this if needed.
