About Me
Hi! I’m Vicky and I’m a registered childminder. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac near the cuckoo trail, play grounds, and a little wooded area with my husband and our 6 year old daughter. Also part of our family are our friendly pets, Sooty the cat, Henrietta and Chickaletta our Chickens.
I believe that play is of paramount importance in the development of children in all areas of learning and I provide a safe space for children to explore and learn through play.
My Experience
I come from a retail management background for the last 12 years but I have previous experience of working in a nursery in Hove on a voluntary basis although most of my childcare experience came from having my own little one. And that little one is also the reason behind the opening of Mini Mates.
My Qualifications
I am trained in Pediatric first aid. I also have training in EYFS and Safeguarding and keep all training up to date. I also have a bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
My Availability
I currently have no availability but will have a space from September 2024.
