Jazmine

Warm, calm and professional.

Jazmine was an exceptional nanny—warm, calm, and incredibly professional. Our son adored spending time with her and still talks about her often. She took initiative when needed and was always trustworthy, making us feel completely at ease. We couldn’t recommend her more highly and we'd hire her again in a heartbeat.

Excellent - Reliable, Excellent Communication

I have had the privilege of employing Jazmine for over a year. This has been on a parttime basis and to encourage and engage with my teenage daughter who is diagnosed with depression, experiences insomnia and struggles to attend school and leave the house. As a working full time, mum with no immediate family in the area I wanted to know that my daughter was getting some assistance and help in engaging with the world.

Because it’s a unique role and not your run of the mill nanny job I knew it would require a certain skill match and would not be everyone’s cup of tea.

We have as a family been so fortunate to have had Jaz on this journey. She has excellent communication skills from communicating hours to work, reminding me of changes to keeping a book to message each other. Recently she informed me of a smell of gas, and I was able to get a gas engineer out informed me of a gas leak! Jazmine is honest, reliable and flexible. She has been able to understand the needs and abilities of my daughter through observation and built up a relationship with her. Jazmine is enthusiastic and sensitive in adapting her energy to engage with a teenager who experiences depression.

Jaz has brought a professional, thoughtful and organised approach in working with my daughter. Teenagers with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) needs can be challenging and she has managed this without being over intrusive and able to engage in conversations, take her to the gym, school and outside of the house. This requires a great deal of patience and persistence.
Some days there would be little engagement from my daughter. Adaptability is another of Jazmine’s strengths and she would ask what I need doing around the home. Helping out with household chores such as vacuuming, mopping up and cleaning the kitchen has been invaluable in maintaining a clean and tidy home.

Jazmine is kind, warm and has the ability to work in an intimate family environment with integrity and professionalism. My daughter describes her as “just the right person” and we deeply value her contribution to my daughters increasingly good mental health and engagement with the world of education and work. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, and it will be difficult to say goodbye to her. You can really depend on Jaz and be sure of your child’s safety and development

Wonderful Nanny!

Jazmine is a lovely Nanny. She was a Nanny for our daughter until she started nursery. She is kind and caring and my daughter settled really quickly with her. Jazmine is very reliable and a lovely person to be around. I will continue you to work with Jazmine on an ad-hoc basis.
