I'm a mother of four grown up children who have all left home.
I relocated from the Midlands 5 years ago. I have a 9 month old grandson who is in Birmingham.
I thought I may be able to offer 'nanny' support locally as I know how difficult it can be.
In terms of a professional career - I've got years of experience working with children in Primary and Secondary schools.
I've got newborn experience too and offer a friendly, reliable support / home help to parents.
I'm flexible with timings.
I can provide references. I've got a DBS and various qualifications. (Available on request).
I have a full driving license.
My Experience
As a mother I have 30 years experience...I've supported my own children and now I'd like to find a child or children that I can help ease the parents day. I've had a full time job, 4 children and a commute to do . I understand the pressure ?
I have 15 years of experience working in primary and secondary schools as a Pastoral Manager. I've managed and ran before and after school clubs .
I have supported children 1:1 in school helping them to navigate their day, to be happy and have a voice.
My Qualifications
I have a Masters in Youth and Community work and various level 3 qualifications. Available on request.
Volunteered for Homestart UK. Supporting families.
Volunteered for NYAS - supporting children in the care system.
