About Me
Hi, my name is Chrysa, and I am an EYFS Teacher with QTS.
I currently work as a full time Reception Teacher at a local Nursery and Infant School.
I can provide 1:1, face to face or online private tutoring for your child, suggest activities for parents/carers to support the child's learning at home and offer advice.
I am passionate about learning through play, and I can find ways to make learning fun and memorable.
I am available to tutor during a school week on Tuesday and Thursdays for children aged 3-6.
I am available during some half terms and school holidays (upon agreement).

My Experience
I have 9 years of UK experience teaching children aged 2-5 in State Schools, Independent Schools, and Day Nurseries. I also have experience of working at a Montessori nursery.
I have a BA Honours Degree in Early Childhood Education and a MA Degree in Special Education.
I am trained in Read, Write Inc., and Little Wandle Phonics. I have sound knowledge of the EYFS and the way it is applied in an outstanding indoor/outdoor provision.
Most of my teaching career is based in Reception class and Year 1, so I have a good understanding of the Early Years framework as well as the National Curriculum.
My Qualifications
My relevant qualifications include BA Honours in Early Childhood Studies, Med Degree in Special Needs Education, Qualified Teacher Status for England (Q.T.S), Paediatric first aid, Safeguarding training
My Availability
I am available on some evenings in the week for tutoring. I am available on some weekends for babysitting and some half term breaks.
