My Experience
I have worked in childcare for 13 years and always held an Outstanding grading from Ofsted
It is my passion and drive to create better outcomes for children.
Before working in Early Years I worked in London as an investment manager and did so for 14 years. I made the change when I couldn't find reliable childcare and have never looked back!
I have managed pre-schools across the London Borough of Bromley and Bexley and operate my own childcare setting.
In addition to this, in my spare time I support the DfE and Ofsted with private projects, advice and guidance. I write publications for magazines and news articles surrounding everything EYFS.
I have helped contribute towards YouTube training videos and most recently I was on the advisory board for the new and revised Development Matters curriculum that children aged 0-5 will follow.
I offer childcare five days a week 7.30am -6pm

Vicky and her sons, partner and pets are unbelievably warm, kind, and everything you’d want in a setting for your kids.
We’ve been with Vicky for 18 months and cannot recommend her highly enough.
We’ve used many other childminders in the past and there’s a reason why she’s Outstanding rated, comes highly recommended in the local community and why our two kids (now 2.5 and 5.5) love going to hers - it’s a home away from home.
Vicky is extremely accommodating in all aspects of her work, very empathetic, warm and just lovely. When our kids are not with her they miss her.
She follows all the EYFS guidelines, builds on them and helps us reinforce it at home too meaning that our kids get all round educational enrichment. Her extensive experience in the sector (I think she’s operated for nearly 20 years!) means that we get the full benefit of all her work in our childcare.
We could not be happier as parents and as a family and we look forward to Vicky (and her family) being in our lives for many years to come!
