We had such a good chemistry with Chelsee over the phone and the 2 half days nannying she did for us was excellent.
We asked for full support ever day for the 1st week of our holiday on Angelsey and a mixture of half and full days support for the second.
Due to her partner being away and issues with her other job, she told us a short while before the job that she could only do 2 days for the first week, not the full 5 we had asked for and that she didn't have a car and would have to collect her daughter at 3pm. So we collected and dropped her off and managed on the days she dropped out of. She did mention it was all fine for the 2nd week however.
Come the end of the 2nd week she bailed on the job altogether and left us having to cancel lots of our holiday plans.
All in all I felt we had bent over backwards to accommodate last minute requests from Chelsee and that we had been badly let down by her.
Lovely girl but given her unreliability I wouldn't feel, comfortable booking her again.
