About Me

I am a registered childminder in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham. I am a mature lady with 3 grown up children. I love animals and have a cat, a budgie and a rabbit. I am creative and love to sew, crochet, cook and make things. I love to travel both in the UK and abroad. I am happy and reliable and have lots of life experiences.

My Experience

I have 28 years experience running a before and after school play setting where I organised care for up to 80 children per day. I have recruited, employed, trained and managed staff to the highest standards. I have organised activities for children between the ages of 4 to 11 years old with the ability to adapt activities to the child’s ages and abilities.
I am now a registered childminder and look after early years children.I have gained a reputation for my kindness and professionalism even though I am still a child at heart.
I love to play games and make things, cook and read a story.
I hold an enhanced DBS and belong to the update service

My Qualifications

I have achieved a level 3 Diploma in Play, level 3 certificate in childminding and certificates in food hygiene, health & safety, child protection and safeguarding, fire safety, autism awareness, equality & diversity. I also hold a paediatric first aid certificate.

wonderful babysitter

Debbie is the most wonderful babysitter, she quickly builds up a relationship with the children and my children absolutely love her and are always excited when Debbie is coming. Debbie is reliable and has been a life saver for us. I highly recommend Debbie for looking after your children, they’re very much in safe capable hands. Thanks Debbie xx
