My Summary

My Experience

I have worked in schools and homes for children with SEN for over 5 years. I worked in one for a year and a half, and worked with 2 different classes and a wide range of needs during my time there. I then moved up to Sheffield and started doing agency work, I have worked in lots of different schools around Sheffield. Mainly SEN, but ranging from nursery’s with 2 year olds all the way up to 19 year olds in schools. I now work in a secondary school for young people between the ages of 10-19, who have mental health and behaviour difficulties, which I really enjoy! I have also been nannying alongside this, for a little boy who has just turned 5. He has been diagnosed with ASD and ADHD, and I have really enjoyed nannying for him and developing a long term strong relationship with him. I also used to live with a family who I provided childcare for. They have a little girl (who was 8) who I have a really strong relationship with and have been lucky enough to kind of become part of the family! I also have a lot of ad-hoc babysitting experience, from babies as young as 7 months old. I have also worked in another SEN/SEMH secondary school over the past year, and work in a children’s home at the minute. I also worked in a different children’s home for 2 years so have lots of experience :)

My Qualifications

Currently completing a level 3 HLTA course and a level 3 residential childcare course. I also have done lots of in person and online training for my main jobs, such as safeguarding, medical training, autism/ADHD, medication etc.

My Availability

I am really flexible on my days off. I work 2 days on 4 days off and can discuss my shifts on message.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.50 per hour
