About Me
I'm 52 years old with a grown up son, and have plenty of childcare experience. I'm also degree educated (English literature) and have worked with children with complex needs. I'm extremely reliable and able to connect with children on their level, without compromising on boundaries. I like to have fun, educate and encourage children through creating a safe and consistent environment for them to flourish in. I love being creative, the outdoors, animals, the arts and reading, and like to structure time with children to incorporate reading, learning play, crafts etc as much as possible. I also enjoy taking them for age appropriate activities and experiences outside of the home if that's something parents are comfortable with. (Playgroups and parks for example). Ultimately, I always want the children I take care of to feel happy, safe and nurtured.
My Experience
I raised my own son alone, and have had experience of nannying in Paris for a French family who wished to improve their children's English, as well as various families in the UK. I've also worked with young people and children within the care system, and as a contact centre support assistant for Shropshire Council, advising parents on parenting and liasing with social workers about child and parent contact sessions.

I am available for after school childcare on Tuesdays, Wednesday's, Thursdays or Fridays, or babysitting on any evening.
My Fees
- Nannying from £14.00 per hour (gross)
Babysitting £11 per hour.
After School Care £14 per hour until 7pm
