Hi I’m Lucy :). I’m currently undertaking a degree in primary education at university with the goal of becoming a primary school teacher. I am also the Associate Leader for Operations at Raising Youth CIO where I oversee all frontline services and design our early years programme as well as serving as a trustee. I have multiple enhanced DBS checks and am also a safeguarding lead at the charity.
My Experience
Being manager of a charity surrounding disadvantaged young people, I have a lot of experience with troubled children, children with SEN, babies and children in general. I have been babysitting for 4 years. I also have 2 years experience as a teaching assistant at wainscott primary school and work with wise up team building delivering their services to schools nationally.
My Qualifications
I am DBS checked, and have undertaken many courses relating to childcare. These include child development, understanding child mental health, pediatric first aid, safeguarding, understanding behaviour of young people - to name a few. I’m also pediatric first aid trained and have food safety certificates.
My Availability
Fully available. I can offer school drop off and pick up too.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
Base rate is £8 p/h for 1 child. It will be an additional £1 an hour for every other child, eg £10 p/h for 3 children. Price is negotionable.

It was my first time to leave my child with someone I never knew but I was confident about Lucy. I was looking for a professional babysitter for an urgent work and it was a relief as she helped me.
She is a nice and qualified babysitter. My baby was very happy to meet her when she came to our place and he was very happy about his new Aunt/Miss!
I'm going to ask her for help whenever I need!
