My Experience

34 years experience of looking after children.

I have worked in 2 different Nursery settings ( as a nursery nurse, and hands on supervisor and middle manager) with ages 0-5 yrs. (1992 - 2016)

I have been a respite carer for a child with additional and medical needs.

I have worked as a holiday nanny, with a family on their yacht in the Mediterranean.

I have worked with children 2 - 14 in children’s and youth groups.

I have cared for children with SEN , in nursery settings, children’s groups and as a respite carer.

I have Nannied since 2016 , nanny shared for two families from 2016 - 2022.

I have enjoyed nannying for my current family since September 2022.

My Qualifications

I have a Btec National diploma in childcare.
Introduction and level 1 in British sign language (I also know some makaton)
I am a qualified baby massage instructor.
I am first aid trained ( including paediatric)
Have also been on many courses throughout my years in childcare.

My Availability

I will finish working with my current family at the end of August 2026, so can be available from September 2026.

My Fees

• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
