About Me
Hi, I am a trained and experienced primary school teacher and also a primary school tutor. In my spare time, I like to walk my Labrador with my husband. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I relax by doing yoga and baking.
My Experience
I love to work with children and have over twenty years experience of teaching primary children. I am able to adapt planning and teaching styles specifically for the individual needs of your child. Lessons are fun and engaging. I am caring and nurturing which helps develop the confidence of children.
I am able to care for and teach a wide age range of children. I now have more time so I am available before and after school as well as during the school day.
My Qualifications
I trained at Sunderland University and gained a Batchelor of Education with honours. I have taught all year groups in the primary age range.
I hold a current enhanced DBS certificate.
