My Experience

I have had experience in child care in the following settings, I have worked with babies in a crèche setting , so Mums could carry on with further education,
I have had experience in a day nursery, I have worked in all the age group rooms, Baby room to pre school,
I have worked in and did my Teaching and supporting Children from 0 to young adult in an Autistic setting,
I have also worked in various schools through out Cheshire supporting children from nursery to year 6 in primary education.
I choose to work in these setting as I’m very nurturing empathetic and in touch with Children’s needs, Im very proactive and like to help children thrive and promote independent allowing them to develop and express there own characters.
I am also a Mum of 6 Adult children, I also have 4 grandchildren.
I’m very understanding a good listener and can adapt to what parent’s preferences are for the care of their children and know what it’s like to be a working Mum.
I have also Managed a residential home for 10 years.
I also have experience working for the NHS working in mental health care.
My skills and experience are very diverse and. I feel that parents feel there children are safe and well looked after in my care I’m diligent and caring,
I have recently worked as a senior manager in a small house setting with 4 residents needing 24 hour support. .
I have also been a special Constable for 10 years with Cheshire constabulary, I have been on lots of training courses for this role. I have certificates in many courses including safe guarding Health hygiene first aid and many online E-learning certificates.
