Unprofessional. Bad. Horrible. The worst. A LIAR

If you want someone who's going to change timings and plans with no notice then definitely use her. Want someone who oversteps boundaries.? Want someone whose going to make up lies about you and your child and twist your words?. Want someone who is going to affect your job? Make your boss give away your shifts because they don't open the door at the time agreed. She is honestly the worse childminder I have met and do not trust her to watch my child or anyone else's child. Honestly don't use her. She charges her own hours and prices and if you question it be prepared to never get the answer as she will reply with something that has nothing to do with those questions.
