Although only 21 years of age, I possess excellent communication skills and am able to relate well with people at all levels and converse in a polite and courteous manner. i am at the university of leeds during term time and have a flexible schedule, looking for work.
My Experience
I have two younger brothers that I have been looking after since I was a teenager, including waking them up for school and making them breakfast. Then make sure they are both ready while I make pack lunches, after driving them to school. I have always been happy to do basic cleaning around the house such as; unload and hang up everything from the washing machine, make the kids beds, clear the kitchen and living room area, unload and load the dishwasher and finally, prep for the kids dinner.
I also did work experience at The holy ghost primary school, where I was working with children of all ages which I really enjoyed. I get on very well with children as I believe I have a good understanding of the line between having fun and being sensible. After working there many of the children's parents asked me to babysit their children, i just worked whenever needed and remained flexible.
i nannied for a family with 2 small children aged 1 and 3 throughout last summer while the parents were at work - mostly taking the children to the park or different activities as well as changing and feeding them.
