About Me
Hi everyone,
I am a daily nanny and was with a family for almost 3 years, caring for three children: one boy, now 5, and two girls, now 3 and 2 years old. I initially covered maternity leave and then continued caring for the baby when mum returned to work, covering all aspects of childcare and child household duties where needed. I finished with this family at the end of July 2025 and then started working for another family. I have recently finished with that family as well, as they relocated to Singapore.
I am an outgoing nanny who enjoys taking children to a variety of activities, and I have a large network of nanny and childminder friends, along with other parents, who we often meet up with.

Nalan took wonderful care of our 15 month old daughter for a month before we left UK. Her impact is best described by our daughter crying when Nalan would leave at the end of the day. We were in a chaotic period of life and her calm and experienced demeanour really helped bring order to our chaos. We would highly recommend Nalan for those who are seeking a nanny who knows what needs to be done without being asked, and finding a way to build a friendship with a shy little girl.

Nalan is our sole charge nanny for our two kids, 1.5 and 4.5years. Nalan has been a welcome addition to our family unit, she arrives and brings calm to the house, and always a sense of fun. There’s a daily race to the lift with my four year old and my son lights up when ever he sees her in the morning.
As we live in a two-bedroom flat, it has worked really well that Nalan spends the day out and about with our son. She has been working in Hackney for many years so knows all the best playgroups to go and has a strong nanny network for local play dates. She also drops off and collects our daughter from school each day and has them fed by 5pm.
Nalan has always been reliable, she’s not taken any sick leave while working for us and she has always been willing to pick up extra hours if needed. She keeps us informed via WhatsApp of what they are getting up to and we enjoy seeing them having so much fun together.
Nalan has definitely used her 20+ years experience to contribute to my children’s development, my son is very good now at feeding himself and climbing, playing with duplo etc. Nalan brings daily activities home for my daughter from the playgroups which she appreciated and keeps her busy while dinner is prepared.
I highly recommend Nalan as your family nanny and am happy to chat to any prospective families. We are sadly moving overseas and will miss Nalan greatly.
