About Me
Hello, I’m Farzana and I’m passionate about providing children with a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where they feel safe, valued and confident to be themselves.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Education and Special Educational Needs, a PGCE in Lifelong Learning, and CACHE qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning and Specialist Support in Schools. I have also undertaken extensive training and professional development in areas including safeguarding, SEND, child development and the EYFS.
My approach is centred around getting to know each child as an individual. I believe children learn best when they feel secure, happy and genuinely interested in what they are doing. My setting offers a balance of child-led play, purposeful learning, creativity, outdoor experiences and everyday opportunities to develop independence and confidence.
I also understand how important it is for parents to feel completely comfortable with the person caring for their child. I aim to build strong, respectful relationships with families, keeping communication open and working together to support each child’s development and wellbeing.
Above all, I want children in my care to feel happy, loved, listened to and excited to come through the door each day.
My Experience
I have many years of experience working with children across the Early Years and education sectors, including experience as an Early Years Practitioner, Teaching Assistant, HLTA and nursery leader. I have also previously run my own childcare setting, giving me a strong understanding of what children need to thrive and what parents need from a trusted childcare professional.

Farzana is very nice lady, she has lots of toys for the kids. My daugter enjoyed it and is always happy to stay there.
