Although Lou is not local to the area, she was early/punctual on the occassions when I used her services. She is very calm and collected dealing with a toddler with separation anxiety, and is very confident and comfortable around kids. Clearly knows what she's doing!
Overall
I got Molly to take care of the little man for 2 hours whilst I was busy, and she managed to keep him entertained under the sweltering heat. She sent pictures and updates to allay any concerns, which I thought was a very thoughtful thing to do. She's very comfortable with kids, and you can tell she definitely knows what she's doing!
