About Me
Hello, my name is Keeya and I am a recent graduate from the University of Birmingham (Bsc Biological Sciences). I offer teaching in biology, chemistry, maths and english lit/ lang up to GCSE, and I am able to teach biology at A-level.
I also offer babysitting and childcare services. I have sound experience caring for children between 8 months to 16 years. My delivery of care has not just been limited to looking after children but also to individuals living with disabilities. I have therefore, gained insight into how to deliver exceptional care and the importance of adaptability to meet the individual care needs for whom I am looking after. I am enthusiastic about working closely with individuals and helping children to have the best start to life!
My teaching is tailored to each student I tutor and this is so both the student and myself can adapt to the teaching and learning styles, whilst making note of the type of teaching each student can benefit from. For example, finding gaps in knowledge based on problem solving and then building on theoretical knowledge in those missing gaps. My CV is available upon request
My Experience
I have various teaching experience throughout my university degree. I completed an internship with 'teachfirst' which solidified the skills necessary for a caring role. I have had childcare responsibilities with my time at the National Citizen Service along with looking after children in my family. I have also providing nanny services for various families within the community and really enjoy the experience and skills that the job offers! I can discuss this further upon request.

I am a recent graduate from the University of Birmingham (Bsc Biological Sciences upper 2:1 Honours). I received 3As at A-level in Biology, Chemistry and Geography

My current position finishes at the start of June and I will be available for a new family from 19th June.
