About Me
I am a mother of 3 teenagers, my daughter is 19 and I have twin boys aged 17.
My Experience
I have been working as a wrap around care, early years practitioner in a nursery in Hitchin for 8 years, where I take care of 3-4 year olds. I am a key worker which means I am the primary carer for group of children and I’m the first point of contact for any queries from parents. I oversee each individual child’s care and needs. I also have a current food hygiene certificate as we provide tea and snacks before evening pick up.
My Qualifications
Various ongoing training to keep me updated, including safe guarding/keeping children safe, STEPS training to manage difficult behaviour, rhythm rhyme and repetition, (learning through movement and rhyme) and Mindfulness breathing techniques for children. I am paediatric first aid trained.
My Availability
I’m available all day and everyday, but would be happy to work 20 + hours per week
