Hello, I’m Cat, an experienced Postnatal Doula based in Guildford, Surrey. I’ve spent the last six years supporting new families through the early weeks and months of life with a baby. I've supported families with twins, triplets, first baby and even fifth time around.
I offer warm, compassionate and non-judgemental support, combining gentle childcare with practical and emotional support for parents. Whether you need someone caring and trustworthy to look after your baby while you rest, shower or have some time for yourself, or you’d appreciate an extra pair of hands at home, I’m here to help.
I can support with baby care, feeding, preparing meals, light household tasks, getting out and about with your baby, or simply being there to listen over a cup of tea. My approach is always led by you and your family. I’m not there to tell you how to parent, but to reassure, encourage and support you in whatever way feels right for you.
I’m friendly, calm and caring, and understand that every family is different. My aim is to help you feel more rested, confident and supported as you adjust to life with your baby.
I hold a current UK Level 3 Paediatric First Aid qualification and am DBS checked.

My Experience
I have two teenagers of my own and had two very different postpartum journeys with each. I adore supporting new families in Guildford and the surrounding villages as a postnatal doula. It's a dream job and no two days are ever the same. I have a vast amount of experience over my 6 years working with many different families with newborns and older siblings as well as twins; first time parent as well as fourth time round. I have undertaken various training over the years in infant feeding, baby wearing, first aid, understanding newborns, twins, reflux, postnatal depression, holistic sleep coaching, the postnatal body, developmental baby massage, postpartum planning and hypnobirthing to name but a few areas I've trained in. I also volunteered for the Charity 'Home Start' supporting new families for one year before I started my doula journey. My background before this was in HR and as a PA. I can provide excellent references.

My Availability
Depending on the postnatal doula clients I have booked in at the time of booking will depend on my availability but I'm fairly flexible on most days and able to do some evenings too.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
- Doulas from £28.00 per hour
£28 per hour as a postnatal doula. Self employed.
