Hi I am Kate, I am 21 years old and I’m searching for a family to nanny for, I have 5 years childcare experience in one setting close to my home in Slade Green, whilst working in a nursery setting I gained a level 2 and 3 diploma in children’s learning and development - distinction, as much as I enjoy a nursery setting I am more passionate about having that one to one touch with a family and their child/children I enjoy being outside and exploring nature, I have a valid DBS and have completed courses such as safe guarding, autism awareness, and behaviour management. I am skilled in potty training and most of my hand on experience was learned in the toddler room where I was the leader of 16 tots and three staff members. I am willing to travel up to an hour for work preferably full time live out, I have plenty of experience setting up engaging activities based on the children’s interest and age range. My favourite thing about working with children is being apart of the child’s development and watching them become their own unique character, I have had sole charge experience with children during babysitting sessions ( I have families with references ) which involves cooking, cleaning, bathing, arranging days out, attending classes, house work and bed time routines?

I’m a level 3 qualified early years educator and have been in childcare since since 2018. I am room leader of toddler room and have had experience in baby room and preschool room. I also have experience taking soul charge looking after children on the weekends.
