About Me
im shannon, im 24 and live in callander (but can drive and have a car)??. I currently work at a nursery however looking to do something to help another family as my usual work week is only 4 days (occasionally 5 but only contracted to 4). I love my job and helping the children learn and grow and watching them hit milestones. As my day off each week is not set i am looking around to see what i can do outwith these working hours and potentially if something worthwhile was to arise may consider full time ?
My Experience
I work at little stars nursery in Stirling working in the preschool (3-5) room in which i have been in for around 2.5 years (have been at little stars since January 2019) however have experience working with every age group as was moved around them a few times as an apprentice and cover in other age groups a lot also!
My Qualifications
SVQ in Social Services (Children and Young People) SCQF Level 7 - gained in November 2020.
Have a CPD folder with evidence of many training course certificates such as Child Protection, Food Safety, Illness and Infection Control, Manual Handling, Anti-Racism in Early Years, Encouraging Positive Behaviour, Children’s Mental Health and more relevant courses.
