We've got three boys, 67yo and 5yo, and 2yo.
Lots of neurodivergence in our house - including one with learning delays.
My Requirements
We would like to find someone to have adventures and do activities with the older two during the day on a Saturday twice per month. Sometimes this would be so that hubby and I can go out by ourselves (with the little one), other times we would need to do jobs at home so would ask you to take the older two kids out on an adventure (lots of things are within walking distance). Both scenarios would be just the older two, we would keep the little one with us.
We would like for you to be able to prepare a simple lunch for the kids, and a bit of light cleaning/tidying if time permits as well.
Significant SEND experience is essential.

Francine is so good with our kids and amazing to have in the house. We've got a kid with additional needs and she's brilliant with him, as well as with the other two - the baby took to her immediately which is unusual for him! She's also great company, and happily takes the kids out for adventures. Perfect choice for whether you want the kids to go out, to be looked after at home whilst you're out, or just as an extra person to help manage the chaos when you're all at home. We will hopefully be seeing a lot more of Francine!
