About Me
We've got three boys, 9yo and 6yo, and 3yo.
Lots of neurodivergence in our house - including one with learning disabilities.
My Requirements
We have a 6 year old boy who has moderate/severe learning disability, with autism and ADHD, and gets a 4hour session with a carer every week through his Disability Social Worker. We are trying to find someone who can spend this time with him in a setting that provides him with plenty of mental and physical stimulation on a 1-1 basis, preferably on a Saturday morning.
He is verbal but with speech and language delay, and can get frustrated when he can't express his needs. This can result in physical or emotional outbursts/meltdowns, so significant experience of responding with patience and empathy to autistic/ADHD/delayed children is essential. He also loves fun and cuddles and is the sweetest little dude ever!

Francine is so good with our kids and amazing to have in the house. We've got a kid with additional needs and she's brilliant with him, as well as with the other two - the baby took to her immediately which is unusual for him! She's also great company, and happily takes the kids out for adventures. Perfect choice for whether you want the kids to go out, to be looked after at home whilst you're out, or just as an extra person to help manage the chaos when you're all at home. We will hopefully be seeing a lot more of Francine!
