My Experience
I grew up as the eldest daughter of 8 children and so I'm often referred to as mummy number 2. I grew up supporting my mum who worked 2 jobs which meant I naturally took on the role of a nanny. Cooking and supporting my younger siblings after school was part of my daily routine growing up. I also volunteered in a nursery for a year and absolutely loved it. I've been working in sales for the past 5 years building up my career only to realise that I love working with children more than I do selling.
My Qualifications
I currently don't have any childcare qualifications but I'm in the process of gaining the following;
Child Psychology Level 4
Child Counsellor Level 3
Child Behaviour and Development Level 3
Paediatric First Aid Training
