My Summary
About Me
Hello Parent/ Guardian,
I’m Justine — a warm, reliable and nurturing childcare professional with over seven years’ experience supporting children across early years, primary and secondary education.
I am a qualified teacher with a Psychology degree, PGCE and QTS, and have worked as a nursery room leader, primary teacher and nanny. I love creating a safe, calm and fun environment where children feel valued, confident and happy to be themselves.
I enjoy planning engaging, age-appropriate activities through play, reading, creative tasks and outdoor learning, while also supporting routines such as school runs, homework, healthy meals, bedtime and settling children comfortably. I understand that every child is different, so I adapt my care to their individual personality, interests and developmental needs.
Families can expect clear communication, consistency and genuine care. My aim is always to build a trusting relationship with both parents and children, giving you peace of mind that your little one is safe, supported and having a lovely time.
My Experience
I have over seven years’ experience working with children across early years and primary education. My background includes working as a qualified teacher, nursery room leader and nanny.
I also have experience supporting children with SEND, including autism (ASD) and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. I have supported children with play-based learning, creative activities, homework, school runs, healthy meals and snacks, bedtime routines and daily care. I value clear, respectful communication with parents so that families feel informed and reassured.
My Qualifications
I hold a degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
