About Me

Hello! My name is Helen, and I am a fully qualified primary school teacher, with 29 years of experience as a class teacher. I live and work in the district of Tendring and have my own tuition business.
I offer fun and engaging one-to-one and small group tuition in English and maths. Tuition is available either in-person or online.
A free 15 minute introductory meeting is available via video chat so that we can get to know each other, and to discuss your requirements.
The first session will include an assessment. This will enable me to create a tuition programme tailored to your child’s learning needs and interests.
I hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service and am fully insured.
I look forward to hearing from you!

My Experience

I have been a qualified teacher since 1994. During this time, I have held a number of positions including Acting Deputy Head, and KS1 and EYFS Lead. I have also been an invigilator for the 11+ examinations.

£27 for 45 mins tuition 1-2-1/in-person
£35 for 60 mins tuition 1-2-1/in-person
