About Me
I am a primary school teacher who has recently returned from teaching in an International School in Bangkok, Thailand to help care for my father who is ill. I miss working with children and am looking for the opportunity to work part time hours during the day Monday to Friday. I am happy to tutor early years, Reception, KS1 and KS2 or to act as a nanny or babysitter close to Ilkley. I have a love for music and can play the piano, saxophone and sing. I would love to share this passion with the children in my care.
My Experience
I graduated in 2014 with a BS (hons) in English Language with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have subsequently spent 9 years working in Primary schools in Liverpool and Thailand teaching Reception and KS1 at different times. I have a DBS check, full driving license and I am first aid paediatric trained. I have educational resources from my previous job in the UK to hand.
