Would not leave a one star now

I actually would not leave a one star. Sarah is not trustworthy at all. She lies and honestly the way she treats her clients is disgraceful. She came into my home set fire to a wooden love heart on top of my cooker, leaving an awful burnt smell throughout my home. She never replace. Then she smashed my expensive glass radiator cover, telling me she was having problems with her insurance. she did replace it but only if I gave her the broken one so she could send back to the company to get her money back. A few weeks later she smashed my glass mirror. Still having issues with her cleaning insurance she then asked me to claim off my home insurance. I said definitely not. She then asked to pay in instalments. Well now it goes on to getting my key back. She told me on a Friday, I would on Sunday that same weekend get my key and mirror return from 12-6pm, I told her my elderly neighbour would wait in and she had my spare key. My neighbour knew how I was fed up with Sarah? She kingly offered to take her day up as I was at a wedding. Later in the day near 6pm Sarah messaged saying she was coming over shortly. I forward the message over to my neighbour who had been waiting all day for this delivery. I got home late that night and Sarah had not been or no delivery came. I message her and had no reply. In the morning I was so upset and angry this woman was messing me around. She had no delivery arranged and she had no intention to return my key. So I messaged her telling her she had till 9am or I’m coming to get the key myself. She told me she was waiting for a witness to come with her to hand over and she wanted my broken mirror in exchange. I was cross with her telling her to return my property. She turned up with the police the police was so understanding and helped deal with the matter. They was wondering why she was wanting the damaged items back. I told them and they asked me to send her details so they could investigate to see where the glass radiator cover was sent back to the company as fraud she never got the mirror. The police could not understand why she was so upset about it. Well let’s hope they caught her being fraudulent, turning up at clients houses with police karma got this horrible woman
