About Me
I have a wealth of experience with children including fostering children with complex additional needs. I began as a trained nurse and this included working within various childrens wards and settings. I am now semi retired and have two children who are grown up and I am looking to fill some days with providing a nurturing, caring and safe environment where children can express themselves and thrive.
My Experience
I have experience in several care settings including most recently as a live in carer to an elderly couple. Previous to this I dedicated 12 years to fostering children with a variety of complex needs and backgrounds. Whilst bringing up my own family I had several part time jobs including retail, hospitality and front of house.
My Qualifications
Childcare, nursing assistant and level 3 foster carer.
My Availability
Flexible - Monday - Friday with the occasional weekend availability.
