Hey I’m Chelsea, 24y.
I have a friendly bubbly personality, I am very out-going and confident.
I get on very well with all ages, and I do have my mum too thank for that as I am the eldest of 5 in my own family home haha.
However I did move out and have lived by myself since the age of 16, which has helped grow and learn a lot more than others of my age.
Also I can cook and clean if needed.
I’ve always had a caring nature towards others ever since a young age, always be the first person to offer a helping hand. Love to make a difference to people’s lifes, what’s better than seeing someone smile because of you?
I always like to ensure my work is completed to the best standard with no room for improvement!
I also always take very good pride in my appearance and personal hygiene at all times.
Currently looking for something part time, along side my Health & Social Care L2.
My Experience
I previously worked in a Health Care setting
Sundridge Court Nursing Home -
My daily tasks were-
•Getting to know residents and their interests and needs
•Washing and dressing residents
•Carrying out general tasks like housework, laundry and shopping
•Meal preparation and helping to feed residents
•Assisting toileting
•Personal care such as washing and dressing
•Helping people to move around
Making beds
•Supporting families to get used to new caring responsibilities
Also previously looked after an 6Y/O young boy with special needs until 11Y/O.
My daily tasks were -
•Getting him up in the mornings, encouraging him to brush and wash before getting dressed for the day.
•Prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner.
•Wash and clean around the house.
•Get educational books/games out for some fun activity time.
•Getting ready for bed repeating the washing and teeth brushing.
•Bedtime/Story time.
