My Experience

As a nanny, I have had the pleasure of working with over 10 families throughout the years, each providing unique challenges and opportunities to grow my skills and experience. My responsibilities have ranged from meal preparation and transportation to homework help and general household tasks.

In 2017, I worked with a family with three young children, ages 3 to 7. My daily tasks included picking them up from school, helping with homework, preparing snacks and meals, and playing with them.

In 2018, I worked with a family with two school-aged children. My responsibilities included picking them up from school, taking them to extracurricular activities, and helping with homework. One of my favourite memories from that year was when the kids had a school project on the solar system. We spent an afternoon making a model of the solar system out of paper mache, and it was so rewarding to see how proud they were of their work.

In 2019, I worked with a family with a toddler and a newborn. My responsibilities included helping with feeding and diaper changes, playing with the toddler, and doing light housekeeping. One of my favourite memories from that year was when the toddler learned how to walk - it was amazing to see how excited he was to explore his newfound mobility!

In 2020, I worked with a family with two school-aged children who were doing remote learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. My responsibilities included helping with their virtual classes, preparing meals, and supervising outdoor playtime. It was definitely a challenging year, but it was also incredibly rewarding to see how the kids adapted to the new way of learning and how we were able to make the best of a difficult situation.

In 2021 and 2022, I worked with several families with infants and toddlers. My responsibilities included feeding, changing diapers, and engaging in playtime and developmental activities.

Throughout all of these experiences, I have remained committed to providing inclusive care to all children, regardless of their abilities. I believe that every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and valued, and I work hard to create an environment where they can thrive. I am truly passionate about my work as a nanny, and I look forward to continuing to build strong relationships with the families I work with in the future.

- First Aid Qualified
- Worked with over 15 families
- 6 years of experience from newborns to children aged 14. This has equipped me with all the experience I need.
