About Me
Hi! I’m an Academy Assistant at the Pauline Quirke Academy, where I work with children aged 6–11. I have a Drama degree and love helping kids grow in confidence, creativity, and teamwork. I have an enhanced DBS and I’m completing safeguarding training. I’m now looking for Teaching Assistant and childcare roles where I can support children in a fun, caring, and positive way.
I am a kind and patient individual and will be happy to assist with homework and a bit of housework if requested, and I am comfortable with pets in the home.
Unfortunately I am not able to drive.
My Experience
I currently work with children aged 6-11 in a performing arts school on Saturdays. I have previous experience babysitting for my younger cousins as well as having work experience at a children’s amusement and play centre where I interacted with children aged 1-10 from various backgrounds with a range of abilities.
My Qualifications
I have gained my degree in Drama in 2024 as well as receiving fairly good grades throughout my GCSEs and ALevels (mostly Bs and above) so I may be able to help a bit with schoolwork if needed.
