About Me

Hello! I’m a reliable childcare professional with over three years of experience working in different nursery settings, as well as previous experience as a party host at a children’s soft play centre. I genuinely love working with children and take pride in creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where they can learn, play, and thrive.

Working in nurseries has given me experience caring for children of different ages and developmental stages. I’m confident in planning fun and engaging activities that support learning through play, encouraging creativity, developing communication and social skills, and helping children reach important milestones. I’m also experienced in supporting daily routines such as mealtimes, nappy changing, toileting, naps, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. I understand how important consistency and routine are for young children and always aim to make them feel secure, valued, and happy.

I have experience supporting children with a variety of additional needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, English as an Additional Language (EAL), and hearing impairments. Every child is unique, and I enjoy adapting my approach to meet each child’s individual needs, helping them build confidence and reach their full potential. I believe in being patient, understanding, and encouraging while working closely with families to ensure children receive the best possible care.

My previous role as a party host also helped me develop excellent communication, organisation, and confidence when working with children in busy environments. It taught me how to keep children engaged, ensure everyone is included, and create fun, memorable experiences while staying calm under pressure.
