Hi, I’m Zaynah (pronounced Za-na), I’m 29 years old and currently relocating to the Crawley area of West Sussex.
I have over six years of professional childcare experience, beginning my career in 2020. During this time, I have worked across a variety of childcare settings, including nurseries and as a private nanny. I hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have progressed into leadership roles, including Room Leader, giving me valuable experience in supporting both children and colleagues.
I have cared for children from 6 months to 5 years old, tailoring activities and learning experiences to suit each child’s individual interests, developmental stage, and abilities. Alongside my professional roles, I have also provided babysitting for a number of families, building strong, trusting relationships through reliable and nurturing care.

My Experience
I have over six years of childcare experience and currently work as a private nanny, having previously spent more than two years in a private nursery as the Room Leader for the 2-year-old room. Throughout my career, I have gained experience caring for children from infancy through to school age, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing.
I enjoy planning engaging activities that are tailored to each child’s individual interests, abilities, and developmental needs, helping to build their confidence, independence, and essential life skills in a fun and nurturing environment.
Alongside my professional roles, I have extensive babysitting experience with several families, including caring for three siblings aged 3–7 and another family with children aged 2–8. Building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents is something I value greatly, and I take pride in providing reliable, caring, and high-quality childcare.

My Availability
I am available mostly full time on weekdays. I can be available to weekends but I try and keep this free for personal activities/ events.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
My hourly rate ranges from £18–£22 per hour, depending on the number of children, the responsibilities involved, and the nature of the role. I am happy to discuss individual requirements to agree on a rate that reflects the level of care and support needed.
