I could not recommend Starlight Nursery enough!

As a previous childminder myself, it was hard to find somewhere we felt happy with, and our boy was in safe hands. However, I have full trust with Becky and her setting, and know that everyday River is learning and having fun!
My little boy absolutely loves everyday he has here, when we get to the door, he is instantly excited for his day with his friends!
Becky has so much energy and such warmth about her, we feel so lucky to have had her to take care of our little boy. She takes them on lots of educational trips out and has so many activities planned for them which I really like. One thing I love is that Becky is great with communication and informs me about River's day, which makes me feel really at ease.

Outstanding care and communication

Rebecca is an exceptional childminder. She looks after our 2 year old with the care and kindness every parent would hope for. He absolutely adores her and her family, and throughly enjoys his mornings with her. Her understanding of early years and experience teaching older children makes her uniquely placed as a childminder to provide a really fun, stimulating and educationally rich environment. She truly cares about the children and wants them to develop and learn whilst having fun. She communicates with us regularly and provides the most wonderfully detailed updates and photos so we can discuss the day he has had at home. She feels like an extension of us, managing his big feelings and enthusiasm for role play with the same care and attention that we do. We are so glad we have found her.

Extremely warm and friendly

Rebecca is extremely warm and friendly. My son enjoyed every minute with her. She amazing because she is also extremely responsible when working with children. She plans interactive activities with children and updates the parents on time. I wouldn't think twice to leave my son with Rebecca.

Puts children first

Rebecca has been looking after my son for a month and I honestly could not have found someone better. My son can be difficult and struggles to gel with people but they hit it off from day one. Rebecca is so kind, compassionate, loving and I always feel she puts my sons welfare nad needs first. They always do a range of activies when she picks him up after school and he couldn't be in safer hands. He's progressed so much since being with Rebecca and gets upset when he doesn't see her. I cannot thank Rebecca enough for all her hard work.
