Hi my name is Melinda Clarke, I am level 3 qualified in childcare . I focus on their welfare and well being of each individual child. As a key worker I work alongside the parents and carers to ensure their continuous care for the child as well as supporting their emotional well being. I have a duty of care to support them whilst settling into nursery and carrying out intimate care needs such as changing their nappy and putting them to sleep. Also as a key worker I always have to work closely with the individual child to create a bond and a positive relationship
